Loosing 2.5 lbs.

I am finally starting to feel motivated. One step at a time one day at a time. I cut my grass for 2 days, I mopped my whole house, and did some aerobics this week. Finally have calorie count where it needs to be and feeling good about that. I can't wait to loose another 2-3 lbs. next month. I will ride my bike about three miles round trip Monday. I am finding new ways to exercise so it doesn't become boring to me. I get tired but the weight loss is worth it. The tiredness is a reminder of how hard the weight is to take off so now I definitely watch what I eat.
