I am loving my fitbit. It just came yesterday and I am already doing soooo much better with exercise. I actually did 10,355 steps today and 11 flights of stairs. I am working to make sure I reach the goals that it has for me. Hopefully I can keep up the pace if not I will have to see what works for me. I know I don't want to burn myself out with it. I also set it for the hardest program to loose 2 pounds a week. We shall see how it works. I have found that the numbers are comparable for the exercise that I have been doing all along and what the fitbit is finding for calories burned.
