This week was a great week for adding food to my plan and exercising with the new Zumba dvd's.
Starting weight 5th of Feb 2012 98kgs
Week 62 weight was 76.6
Week 63 weight is 75.3
Loss for week 1.3 kgs
Total loss since 5.2.12 22.7 kgs
Revised target with BMI is 60kgs
15.3 kgs to target
This week I'm looking at increasing amount eaten to a level where the loss is maintained.
