* I slept 9.5 hours last night, after the early morning rise, and the 90 slower minutes on the recumbent.
* Today I did only 40 minutes + strength + abs/core + yoga/stretch (2 sessions, each, of the last 2, on on waking, and one in the PM at the Y)
* I can barely keep my eyes open.
* Kept within calorie budget, too.
* Tomorrow's weigh in. (Do I look scared? ;-))
