  Walking can be additive over the day but you have to figure out how much of the time was actually spent walking. If you are walking to classes, that can count too. It falls under the same principle that several short exercise sessions done on breaks at work count towards exercise since your body doesn't care how or when your body burns the calories only that they are burned. Try to use an energetic walk to increase your calorie burn. Even house work that burns calories (like moving furniture and boxes - or even gardening and yard work projects ) counts for cardiovascular on your fitness tracker. You just have to be honest to yourself and figure out how much time you are actually doing the activity and enter that.

    You get points for using Ezekiel bread from me hehehe Like seriously best ever sliced bread! I can eat 1 slice which is one serving and feel satisfied! I always buy that bread and organic peanut butter but yeah otherwise organic is rough though. I push for it sometimes and give up others depending on the budget that week ;-/

    My daughter has a website on facebook and also on the web. Its called "Vegan Kitchen Gone Wild". She has several easy recipes with few ingredients in them. She also has other helpful ideas about vegetables and quick easy foods to make.
