I had to lower my goals again. *(*&(^*!! I gave it a good hustle, but I think 450 is not where I'm at yet. I got to 362, which is not bad. I did not torch as many calories as I normally do, and I worked hard on my intervals. However, tomorrow, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday I having a training session. Usually I only do two, but I need to get my strength and motivation back up. I hate it when the training sessions are the motivator, but that's one good thing about having a personal trainer, which is why I wish I could afford more sessions!
Alas, sacrifices need to be made, as we did not move into a cheaper apartment. Plus, my husband is still unemployed. But, we are very happy.
Today, I managed to plank for a minute straight for two sessions (2 minutes total). I also did side planks. That was a good victory.
Well, we will see how things shape out during May. I think once I am done with work, I will definitely have more time to play and revisit the eating. (Today will be high. Stupid sweet tooth.) The next step would be to not eat processed foods, but I don't think that's realistic. Or sustainable.
