tired of trying

I eat right, workout til I can't do anymore everyday, weigh on Saturday and.....nothing... I am so tired of trying for nothing...

    You need a day off in between strength exercising and you need to swap out what you do. Your body gets used to an exercise and gets in a rut and stops progressing. Give it a try and see what happens. emoticon Don't give up. Too, check out the articles on Plateau's and breaking them.
