Not all that much to report this week. I did have a very small loss, which of course is better than a small gain. I could have probably done a little better but I didn't get to the gym on Friday due to having some errands to run and my lower shin was hurting from my gym time Thursday night. It feels much better today though so it must have been just temporarily angry at me!
Anyway, I don't want to take up too much of your time so I'll just post my numbers and let you get on with your weekend :)
Weight : 213.2
Lost : .2 (2/10ths)
Total : 104
That's it, a tiny loss. Works out to 3.2 ounces. But even that little loss is better than going up the same amount!
