Today is very similar to Wednesday. I woke up late and had to go to my nephews baseball game in the evening so, I did not get my workout in. I did however stick to my meal plan. I am finding it easier and easier to resist food temptation. I am starting to see the changes in my body, for example, I am more flexible, more energy and I am fitting into clothes that I had for years that I never fit into. If this is not motivation, I don't know what is.
