Ok So after my loooong weekend of car shopping and purchasing a new used (that's what I call it anyways because it is used but new to me...lol) and not getting to do my workout for 5 days which has me way way off track for my goal I am so sore after two days of actually getting to do my workout. That just means that whatever I am doing is working! YAY me...lol But that is still no excuse to not do my workout today! Tomorrow is my rest day...woohoo...even though I feel like a lazy butt for not being able to workout for days. But within those 5 days that I didn't get to workout I did walk around carlot after carlot and chase after 3 children. The smallest one being 19 months. So who says walking around a carlot a million times and chasing after 3 children doesn't give you a workout! or atleast burn a few calories...lol...I believe my next post will be a before and after blog post with pics of me at my highest weight. Wish me lich everyone my BIKINI is still hanging in my living room. Good luck to everyone else on the same journey (that was the new car I bought btw...lol) as me. Everyone has different reasons for getting fit and healthy just keep those reasons in mind while working out.
