Hooray weekends! I've been doing well so far, instead of eating chocolate I prepared a little parfait of strawberry, Greek Yogurt, honey & walnuts... pretty yummy, and healthy too :)

On a side note, I bought my first "BB Cream" ... I usually hate foundation, but I need something to even out my skin tone. We shall see if it's for me.

Tomorrow is my last workout of week 1 (5K training) .. wish me luck!

    Hey. There is an app that you may like for your phone called "couch to 5k" that will help with your training if interested. A friend told me about it. I haven't downloaded it yet, but I plan to. Best of luck to you!!
