Its a struggle to keep on track when you are not prepared . I have nobody to blame but my self.
I was doing good on meal prepping and then it slowed down when I started spending more time at my bf's house. Though to use that as a excuse is pretty lame I know.
So what do we do . We get it together and keep moving forward . I ordered a Tupperware salad bowl set and a soup cup . I was in need of a salad bowl and this set comes with a fork .
My last day at work before my vacation started , I totally forward my spoon and I had soup.. Fail. I managed to eat my soup but it was a bit hard.
I have been a fan of glass containers for my food but my microwave at work is a bit strong and by the time 1-2 mins is up my glass bowl is insanely hot.
I go back to work on Monday and I am having a hard time trying to figure out what to make for my dinner at work . Breakfast is a shake & Lunch is a salad along with fruit...
Its a struggle ... to stay on track but continue and fight I must. Its just really hard some times when my bf doesn't really want to do anything ... Though this is a fight in it self isn't it.. I know it is.
