My running progress continues!
I'm happy that I'm really sticking with my running goals. This week I went on 3 runs totaling 11.12 miles. My run this morning was 6.29 miles, which happens to be my longest run since August 12th. I'd like to beat my total August mileage of 34.7 this month. It's totally doable -- I'm at 25.6 and there's still 10 more days left of the month.
Here's what I did this week:
Sun - 3.38 mile run, 20-min ab workout
Wed - 1.45 mile run
Fri - Bob Harper AMRAP workout (2 rounds and 16 reps)
Sat - 6.29 mile run, 3+ mile walk
Needless to say, between Bob & my run, I am sore and ready for a nap :)
