Reflection on my time in 5% Winter into Spring Challenge

Here are my results for this challenge:

04/06/13 208.5 down 2.5 total down 9 lbs (fit into my size 18 jeans!!!!!!)
04/13/13 208 down .5 total down 9.5 1.5 to loose this week to meet my goal!!
04/20/13 206 down 2 total down 11.5 Met my goal!!!!!

My 5% goal was to loose 11 lbs. I was successful in loosing 11.5 lbs.
Thank you to the Beautiful Butterflies emoticon and the team leaders who supported me even when I was having a hard time with my feet cramping up.

I learned that I can always do 5 more minutes of exercise. I learned better portion control. I met new friends. I learned to increase my water and be consistent at it. I learned to think positive about myself, and that if I want to have a serving of ice cream it is half a cup, and I can be satisfied with that. I learned to have snacks healthy ones in the day so that my body doesn't want to binge. And I learned to reach out to others when I was struggling.

This was the most successful of the 5% challenges I have been on. I know that as I continue I may even be below 200 by the time the Spring into Summer challenge starts. If you aren't on these challenges, and would like to be let me know. Sign ups are coming up.
