Springing into Action Week 9 Challenge

Didn't do well with eating this week so I didn't do the challenge. Money is very very tight so were are eating what we can afford. Gained a pound. Walked every day, ST everyday but one. No major weight change in over a month. Is it too soon to give up?

    emoticon Giving up is NOT an option! You're not on a diet. You're changing your life. Time is going to pass regardless of what type of lifestyle you're living. So just keep making the best choices you can, in the face of whatever obstacles life puts in your way. You're strong, beautiful, and AMAZING. You CAN do this and you WILL get this DONE!

    YES!!!!! Never Give Up Lisa!!!! I don't even believe in the words give up......Don't even let them come together in your vocabulary! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I'm not just a cheering committee here! I lost 20 lbs last year and then in November I started feeling cocky and didn't measure as well as I should have and felt I could eat more......Well I was wrong! I gained back 10 of the pounds that took a lot of effort to lose. Bur, I'm not giving up......I'm dusting myself off now and I unofficially lost back 1 lb. I'm not recording the pound yet because my official weigh in date is Wednesday, so I am waiting. Point is, I could have "Given Up" and said it's not worth it or just kept on trying and doing the right thing! WE ARE worth it!!!!! That is why "giving up" is NOT an option! We are the winners and losers of our own bodies and health! I don't know how you feel about it, but I am not a loser and either are you, and will never let my brain believe it!!! Don't you agree?

So, make the better choices with whatever $ is available (believe me I understand about that). You could always get brown rice and beans and lentils are excellent too and they aren't too expensive and very filling. Eggs are also a great choice and offer a good amount of protein. You CAN do it!!!! Please DON'T even say the words "give up" anymore okay?
