I'm loving the scale today :-)

I know I have a love/hate relationship with my scale, but when I stepped onto it this morning.
I jumped for joy emoticon --a big difference from last weeks blog.
I am continue to drink my water and watch my's all about SELF CONTROL.

Today is the last day for the 2013 Winter 8 week challenge and I'm excited to say that I lost close to 10 lbs by participating. I enjoy participating in those types of challenges, they keep me on my toes and everyone is so supportive. I will try to join them as much as I can. I joined a summer challenge, last year, and it helped me with my weight loss. I hate to see them end because I don't want to start slacking. I will still post my weight each week and do the interim challenge until the summer challenge begins. I can't wait.

I want to thank everyone again for their encouraging words.
I hope I am a source of motivation too.
