Lols. I loved those ridiculous mints from Dilbert 'Improve Mints' I don't like to eat them but they do make me laugh. The past week has been horrendous. Everybody knows about the Boston bombing. Everybody knows about the Texas explosion. In my Mom's work group, they lost 4 people the week before. A week ago today one of my Mom's friends from work passed away, she was only 51 years old. I'm 35. I guess this is a big reminder that I must make the best of the time I have and take care of myself now. I need to get out there and live. I'm attending the memorial service this morning and then after that we are going to the Orchid show. I want to buy some flowers. I love the orchids.

Saturday: Kathy Smith Total Body Lift legs/arms segments
So, I didn't get any yoga. I did only 4 workouts. But, in my defense, I planned to workout on Thursday but my brother needed an emergency root canal. Unfun. He is on pain medicine right now. Poor guy.

I did not eat out yesterday
!! I made myself a green smoothie and took it with me when my companion was eating Jack in the Box.
