Wednesday night we had a party at our place - drinks, appetizers and desserts.
I made a batch of peanut butter cookies - no flour! 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar and 1 eggs. The turn out better when pressed down with a fork...
I found a great recipe on Pinterest - caution! If you are busy or strapped for time, do NOT go to Pinterest :) A can of crescent roll dough, a packet of cream cheese and a small can of jalepenos (mushed in the blender)
Roll up, cut in 8-10 pieces and bake
They were sooo good! It being a party I went off plan and ate a little of most things... The next day I was up over a pound and I'm still dealing with that same pound 3 days later :( Amazing what wheat can do to my body!
