I am so, SO embarrassed.
I decided to wear my new workout trousers to my training session today. They're dark grey, very comfy and breathable. Great. But it turns out they also show sweat like you wouldn't believe.
It was halfway through my kettlebell routine I noticed two very clear patches of crotch sweat. I nearly dropped the bell.
I am never EVER wearing these trousers in public again.

    Been there too. Haha.

How embarrassing. I would stop wearing the pieces of clothing at the gym, hard enough to feel exposed at a gym without your clothes adding to it.

At least it shows you are working hard though. emoticon

It wasn't at the gym - it was at my one on one session with my trainer!

I've noticed it happen to people at the gym and made a mental note to ALWAYS wear black or navy pants.

Don't worry about the past incident, though. I believe most people are really too concerned with their own work-outs to worry about the sweat lines of other people.

Okay, this is probably too much information, but this is why I wear two layers of underwear when I work out. emoticon

I see that at my gym all the time. I wouldn't worry about it. Everyone is too busy worrying about themselves to worry about you. Just keep going to the gym.
