Ok I'm here again lol! I have tried so many different diets in my life but now with me going to be 50 next month, I figure it's time to end this craziness. I'm doing the Medifast Take Shape For Life program where my meals are all balanced for me, I don't have to spend hours trying to figure out what foods are allowed or how to prepare them. It's simple to follow and I'm loving it.
This is the first time in 23 years I'm doing a diet without my husband being on it with me, so I was a little scared it might be to hard, but he is so great and supportive, he even made me my chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast this morning! Two days and 2 pounds, I'm real happy so far!
