I try to do something different for exercise daily. I do my walking with Leslie 5 days a week. Each day I also do 1 or 2 sparkpeople videos. These are what I make my changes with. Some days it is core, or weight and times relaxing videos. I have also done the pilates and yoga videos. These help me improve all areas. It is important to change things around. It helps to stay motivated and it keeps you interested in your workouts.
