I'm off with my exercise this week. The kids at school were state testing all week which is the worst for me. It is so mind numbing boring to administer the tests that I'm exhausted at the end of the day. Add on that it was my car pool week with my son ... I loose 30 minutes of sleep AND my morning walk, plus we had 2 evening events and another appointment in the evening so we didn't make our usual Y visits. But I did try to make sure that the bookend days (Sunday and Saturday) both had some good exercise time so I will survive!
The one bright spot of the week ... I walked about 4,000 steps for each testing session which made it easy to make my 10k steps for the day even without my usual planned exercise times.
