I have a fear of speed bumps.... but I'm slowly getting over it. LOL! (I love lame jokes)
Anyway, about speed bumps... my schedule has a speed bump that lasts two days. Every week my schedule is altered and it affects my workouts for those days. But instead of getting upset that I've worked out less - I'm learning to focus more on healthy-eating during those days (so not to loose progress). And I'm beginning to notice that after those two days - my strength has increased for the week's workout! Altogether - not so bad!
