A reminder of how much SparkPeople helps:
This was taken long before I started losing weight. It was dated December 2008 and serves as a reminder of how long I let myself live like that:
This next one is just 2 weeks old. At this point I was down about 62-63 pounds.
Size changes: Dress from 20-22W down to a 16 regular (it's smaller than the 14W I was wearing at Christmas) Pants from 18W to a 12 regular. Hips have dropped about 8 inches, waist 7 inches, chest (not bust) at least 6 inches. I'm not stopping either, I want to reach about 130 pounds (I think) although I plan to go into maintenance mode this summer for a little while and get rid of my smoking habit once and for all.
