After my 31st day of my 3 month clean eating plan. I am so stoked at the changes I am seeing.
l. Down a pant size (I don't weigh in until June 20th the end of my 3 months.)
3. No cravings, even when I see it on TV it doesn't affect me
4. Belly fat diminishing I am really excited about this!
5. Doing exercise EVERYDAY! A feat in itself to get me to actually exercise. But I am not wearing out after the first 5 minutes into it. I complete a mile of walking everyday will increase to 2 miles next week.
6. Most of all I am really enjoying my food, even though it isn't processed, fast or decadent.
