I'm hoping to be more energized
as long as I have some sort of progress I will be happy.
but my biggest goal is to be in a size 16 or under 200 pounds.
I would love to be more flexible, and have some progress on my own self image.
and make a habit out of taking vitamins.
Today I am always exhausted at the end of the day.
my legs always stop working by the time I get home, and staying asleep is impossible.
even stretching I can feel the strain. My body feels tensed up and stressed.
I am starting to lose my breath easier too.
I'm hoping that by the end of these ten weeks that I will feel improvement in my overall health and energy levels.
