That dang scale!

emoticon Weighed myself as soon as I got up. Still the same. Going to weigh after I work out and after my coffee. Last time there was a difference. I think I've been eating too much salt. Probably from the 100 calorie bag of microwave popcorn I eat with a sprinkling of shredded parmesan at night. But it's yummy! I've been doing better with my eating lately. But it's the weekend and all bets are off! J/K Tonight is family dinner and I'm making Chicken Carbonara because as you know, everything tastes better with bacon.

    Don't beat yourself up. Sometimes too much salt can keep the scale from moving in the right direction. Tomorrow is a new day!

    Thanks. I've been really trying to curb the eating so I'm positive the scale will move eventually. So hard not to rely on the scale(S), I'm down to two. But you're so right, no more weighing myself until Monday!
