Food Tracking, and Eating in the Target.

I've just made up my mind at 3:13 AM that tomorrow, when I get up, I will begin food tracking and eating within the very middle circles on the Target diet. I will track on paper, which seems less cumberwsome for me than following the Spark food tracker. Also, the center of the Target means lower in carbs, lower in saturated fat, and high fiber. Of course, I also want to get a good share of healthy vegetables, and more fruit except for trocpical style fruits, which are often much higher in sugar. THAT is my new plan. Glenn
