ok I did everything required, exercise is no problem, it's my life anyway;
ate calorie reduced, chose healthy over 'favorites', logged and drank water.
according to calculations I should have made my 5% goal, 4 kilos, but I fell a bit short.
so what was the missing ingredient?
the 'c' word:
all my thoughts are getting eaten up by life's issues, and i'm not concentrating on weight loss. it doesn't happen simply by going through the motions.
time to commit now.
