challenge results

ok I did everything required, exercise is no problem, it's my life anyway;
ate calorie reduced, chose healthy over 'favorites', logged and drank water.
according to calculations I should have made my 5% goal, 4 kilos, but I fell a bit short.

so what was the missing ingredient?
the 'c' word:


all my thoughts are getting eaten up by life's issues, and i'm not concentrating on weight loss. it doesn't happen simply by going through the motions.
time to commit now.

    Slow progress is...progress, congratulations. Everyone who hung into the challenge until the end is a winner--some lost their 5%, but among those who didn't, some gained muscle, some gained knowledge, some made new friends, some gained strength of character, but everyone benefited to various degrees.

    "Life's issues" sure sums it all up here, too. I feel like a balloon: you squeeze one part, and another part pops out. I get a handle on one area and another goes out of whack. However, I think I'd have done a lot worse without the challenge.

    You're only missing one ingredient, no pun intended commitment, I will have to really buckle down and add commitment to the challenge, and I hope I won't let my team down, looks like we're all in the same boat,good thing we have each other!
