"Rise & Shine" Day #19

I am sort of getting tired of these blogs - boring... and I am sure, anybody reading them feels the same way. But, I committed to it, and will continue through the end of the month. Hopefully, after that, I can come up with something more interesting than just reporting about my breakfast and workout.
So....I started out with my usual 1/2 grapefruit. The grapefruits I am eating at the moment are still from the CA Desert, while we were staying there. There was a grapefruit tree, right next to the dining room of the condo we stayed at, and so I took the liberty of picking some extra ones to take home with me. All the fruit trees, primarily, grapefruit ~, orange ~, lemon ~, lime ~, and mandarin trees in that community can be picked by any home owner and/or guests. They are juicier than anything I have ever eaten before.
On with my breakfast. After my grapefruit, I prepared a bowl with fresh strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1 cup of 1% Kefir (yogurt drink), and 1/3 cup of Post cereal for some crunch.
My trainer showed up at 9:00 AM and put me through the wringer. She decided to up all my weights, today, and I can feel it! I guess that is the purpose of it all.
