I completed 2 SP ab workouts, got in 8 miles at the track so far with Natasha & Am.

I ate within my nutritional ranges.

I get to sleep in tomorrow! We plan on checking out the tall ships that came in & playing in the garden!

PS We ended up getting in 165 flights of stairs before running out of daylight!
