I hope you can all check out my blog! I wrote 2 blogs this week. Monday AND Friday. Monday I spilled coffee on myself TWICE! Soaked myself to the panites... pools of coffee in my heels. It was a MESS
I've been sick all week. Feeling tired and run down, but I've done my best to keep up as much activity as I could considering Its not easy being active in the middle of an asthma attack. I'm on prednisone, antibiotics, inhalers, etc.
Today was a good day though. Starting to feel a little better. Spirits feel renewed. I started a knitting project (going to knit a hat! ).
Came home and decided a workout would make me feel better too so I id 40 mins on the treadmill and 25 mins on the bike. I took it easy because, well, I'm sick. But... I wanted to stay active because I've been eating more with the steroids and I want to at least keep things balanced. When I'm not working I'm resting. Sleeping 8-10 hours a night to help my body heal. AND taking my vitamins!
Hope you are all doing well and all my APRIL CHALLENGERS... I hope you are STILL pushing!! Let me hear from ya!?
I'm still on my path to losing 5% body weight AND I go to Europe in 10 days! Excited!
