Well, I did not get that homework turned in until tonight. I have never been late like this before but I have been SO tired all week. Last night I had a meeting after work and didn't get home until 10. I went to bed almost immediately and then had trouble getting up this morning. I did email by professor (whom I have had before) and he seemed OK with it.

I ate out twice yesterday (lunch with two former co-workers at Red Lobster and dinner with my DD at Boston Market) and then lunch out again today with a different former co-worker at a Chinese restaurant. My sodium has been ridiculous the past two days, but I managed to stay in calorie range both days.

Calories in range - 23 days
Strength at least 10 minutes - 37 days
Food tracked - 40 days
Cardio at least 10 minutes - 40 days
Water at least 10 glasses - 40 days

You got it turned in and that is what matters. I suspect that, since you've had this instructor before, he/she is aware of your diligence & your stress level. I am sure that you'll do fine. I'm proud of you for doing all that you do. Working full-time, taking care of the family.... immediate and extended, going to school, volunteering with various organizations, doing fundraiser walk/runs... YOU ARE AMAZING! emoticon
