Weigh In & Weekend Food Prep

Weigh-in this week was good... down 3.2 pounds!! Considering my lack of exercise these past few days, I'm happy (I hurt my foot a few days ago...rain + leather shoes = no more skin on my pinky toes, ouch). Luckily, they are feeling better today and I am able to get back to my walking routine this weekend. I normally take Sunday off, but this week I'll be making up for lost time.
