I just had a splendid breakfast from McDs!!!
1) egg and cheese McMuffin
2) 1 Hash brown (I ADORE hash browns! if only they weren't sooo unhealthy!!!)
3) coffee with 2 creamers and no sugar
4) An apple pie!!!
Now, I don't eat like this everyday or I'll be FAT!!!!
That's it for lunch & breakfast!!!! No more food till dinner!!!!
