Splendid Breakfast!!!!

I just had a splendid breakfast from McDs!!!

1) egg and cheese McMuffin
2) 1 Hash brown (I ADORE hash browns! if only they weren't sooo unhealthy!!!)
3) coffee with 2 creamers and no sugar
4) An apple pie!!!

Now, I don't eat like this everyday or I'll be FAT!!!!

That's it for lunch & breakfast!!!! No more food till dinner!!!!

    I used to love hash browns but now it is just too greasy for me. Once in a blue moon, I will have an egg mcmuffin. emoticon

    There's a plan I know someone who is on called "interval fasting" as it's all in training your body. He is losing weight on it as what's for you, is for you. Everything in moderation, not limiting the things you enjoy. I'm glad you enjoyed your breakfast; now to get back on track! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Well, I can't say it sounds "good for you", but it does sound good! I love hashbrowns too. Well, actually I love potatoes of any sort. Well, actually, I just love food. Yikes! LOL emoticon
