Splendid Breakfast!!!!

I just had a splendid breakfast from McDs!!!

1) egg and cheese McMuffin
2) 1 Hash brown (I ADORE hash browns! if only they weren't sooo unhealthy!!!)
3) coffee with 2 creamers and no sugar
4) An apple pie!!!

Now, I don't eat like this everyday or I'll be FAT!!!!

That's it for lunch & breakfast!!!! No more food till dinner!!!!

    I used to love hash browns but now it is just too greasy for me. Once in a blue moon, I will have an egg mcmuffin. emoticon

    There's a plan I know someone who is on called "interval fasting" as it's all in training your body. He is losing weight on it as what's for you, is for you.     Well, I can't say it sounds "good for you", but it does sound good! I love hashbrowns too. Well, actually I love potatoes of any sort. Well, actually, I just love food. Yikes! LOL emoticon
