After being pretty good with sticking to healthy foods this week- the real only exception being the piece of key lime pie I ate for breakfast one morning- I woke up from my nap absolutely starving and ate a couple ribs and a big serving of mac and cheese for dinner. According to the nutrition page my mac and cheese had almost as many calories as my breakfast and lunch combined. I'll have to try harder tomorrow.

    I'm guilty as well. I ate nachos, chocolate covered acai berries and an ice cream sandwich last night. Today we had lunch at Taco John's and I thought I'd made a decent choice with a grilled chicken quesadilla...until I saw the calories when I was logging. emoticon I guess it's a light dinner tonight. (I really hate how it's so hard to eat healthy at restaurants!!)

    Well Cheese is one of my trigger foods.. I love good expensive cheese, shredded cheese, stick cheese.. Irish Cheddar, Old Amsterdam.. Oh I better quit.. this is not good. it is the Steroids talking.

I do love cheese and I am married to a Dutch man.. How could I not.

I know you can do it.. and you have a plan and tracked it.. that is Great .. just because you stumbled a little doesn't mean you have to fall off .. YOU CAN DO IT emoticon emoticon emoticon Butterflies Rock....
