Ending Week 1 of 30

This week i tracked every item that entered my mouth, and i did follow the "The 8 Week Beginners Program" By Runners I also tried some techniques by Couch to 5K which i would agree is a better start for beginners.

Monday, I wasnt sure i was going to make that work out never mind continuing it all week.

Tuesday- I walked and it felt like a breeze compared to monday

Wednesday- Rest- i didnt intend to, but i needed it.

Thursday Walk some jog some, i started to notice that i wanted to job a little longer each time.

Friday (today) The 30 minute jog flew by! And i jogged a little more than i needed to but i couldnt help it, it felt amazing. I felt inspired and i wanted to keep going.

I used some spark recipes this week and in true nerdy spark people fashion, i took pictures!!!

"French (women don't get fat) Toast" with warmed blueberries

Brussel Sprout, Mashed potatoes and Pork Schnitzel
- believe it or not thats only 8 brussels cut in 1/2 (4 is 1 veggie serving)

Stuffed Peppers TEXMEX style. I used taco seasing for the beef,rice,and peas,carrots, corn put it in the pepper topped it with salsa and shredded cheese!

All this cooking has been kinda fun- slow cooking a chicken stew right now for tomorrows lunch!

Hopefully i will have lost the 1.5 LBS on monday and be on track for my 30 weeks!
