Weight watchers meetings here lately are becoming like an infomercial here lately in the fact that the last two months I weighed in and received the weeklies, they have focused solely on active link.
I have one as I was talked into buying it about six months ago at my weigh in and for forty dollars I thought it would be something to try out maybe and may make me rethink my exercise habits.
Lately though it may just be me but, it is not living up to the hype that it's launch created.
I have gotten in activity points plus wise maybe 6 points plus in the last two weeks.
Now granted, I do like the fact that it handier than wearing a bulky drug store pedometer of which I also have, but, maybe I do need to get out this next week and actually "use" the device.
Anyway, onto the subject of my weigh in today and also my day eating wise...
This morning I lost 1.8 pounds so I must have done something right in my eating and also activity this week.
Today's eating has also been pretty much on point all day as well as I had the following so far today food wise...
Breakfast: Cream of wheat, 1/4 bagel without cream cheese was 4 points plus along with a zero point plus hot tea
Snack at mom's doctor's appointment: Berrylicious cashew chew bar (this was on sale through next week at my center) for 3 points plus
Dinner: Premium bacon ranch salad with grilled chicken from mickey D's with grilled chicken and one packet of regular ranch dressing was 6 points plus
snack: weight watcher string cheese for 1 points plus
Now have eleven points plus left and in of my two milk servings
