It's opening night for my show!!!!!!!!!!! The cast/crew are beyond excited!! Tonight, the theatre is throwing us a huge party to celebrate! The plan is for me to not eat ONE DANG THING at that party. I have no calories left for the day and would rather not. I can do this!
Nutrition = Pretty dang good. I've successfully tracked all week and even though I did go over my limits, I'm proud of myself for keeping it up. It feels good to be more in control of my eating, I've missed it.
Water Intake = Excellent.
Exercise = Non-existent because of rehearsals. Will try to hit the gym tomorrow after my theatre company meeting.
None this week.
I'm 9lbs away from being back at my maintenance weight range of 185-189. I can do this, I just need to stay focused! Once I get back there, I can see about losing the last 15lbs.
