Day 77 of 140 Day Challenge

Hey folks! Wow, I'm behind in posting for my challenge. To catch things up, I've been staying on track pretty well. I am pleased about that but not pleased that I have been stalled again. I've been at the same weight of 144 for the last three weeks. It's frustrating but I'm holding steady so that's better than gaining.

I think the plan for this upcoming week is to follow my good friend Nicole's plan and try to eat a BAS every day (either lunch or dinner) and try to cut down on the carbs a bit. I am going to have larger carbs breakfasts and lesser carbs in the evening. I'm still going to eat similar in terms of calories but spread them out a little different. It might be enough to shake things up.

2) Work out 10 minutes

    I've never thought of doing this but maybe I should try it too! Nicole's BAS sounds good :) I hope we both can get the scales moving in the right direction soon, we are both doing so well it's not fair for the numbers to lie to us. Keep your head up!

    Have you ever tried swapping lunch & dinner around...sometimes switching things around help to get things started again. Good luck with reaching your goal.
