Nutrition and Healing

Friday, April 19, 2013

I've been looking up some websites trying to find the transcript to a lecture I attended, to forward to some friends who were recently diagnosed with various mental disorders - one has schizophrenia, some others have bipolar and ADHD etc. So I am basically using this as my "notepad". I may be "NYD" on some sort of mental diagnoses as I am frequently called "crazy", and I do have various family members on both sides of my family with various diagnoses. However, ever since attending a seminar here in town years ago, I have noticed that I do better and seem more connected when I increase my healthy foods and even some extra supplements, and decrease or quit junk food all together. But, it's all too easy to relapse and have that pop or bag of cookies or ice cream etc. I need to be more carefully to document what I eat and how I feel afterwards.

For now I want to paste in some web resources so I can go back to them later ...

It is amazing how people are now realizing how the foods are hurting or helping

Great Blog. If we could stay off of as much Process Foods as Possible we would all feel and do much better. A lot of sickness and dieases is cause by all of the additives, preservatives and things like that they put in foods. None of these things are any good for the human body. We need good Natural Foods free from all of this stuff. God Blessings to Everyone. Have a Marvelous Day. Take Care. Hugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
