How to get in a workout when you have no time

Park further away from buildings.

While you are sitting use cans or dumb bells to work out your arms.

Walk with high knees at a faster pace.

Touch your toes at least 5-10 times every time you get up, then reach as high as you can 5-10 times.

I squat 5-10 times as well. (Optional)

Always demonstrate perfect posture.

These are just a few things I try to do to keep great circulation. I hope you can also.
