Today is my 2nd day eating "Paleo-aware". My afternoon snack:
Dinner will be petite sirloin steaks and asparagus - both on the grill.
I have a 8 miles long run planned for this weekend. I will see how I feel tomorrow and then either go for it or take a rest day and tackle it on Sunday. I have my kids this weekend so it will be a treadmill run (they have all been so far this year). I have decided that if I complete...wait... WHEN I complete my 8 miles run this weekend I will give myself the go ahead to buy the Garmin 10 watch I've been wanting:
It has GPS and will measure my mileage as I run around my town so I can use it while I run my 9 miles next week!
