Ok, I hit a plateau. Not losing but not gaining. I faithfully use the food tracker daily and wasn't figuring out why. I even decreased my intake calories and no avail. I went on the reports to go back and see when it started so I can understand and there it was. I had been busy with volunteer fundraising and getting back to a routine for school/work after spring break. I wasn't walking as much even though my job requires alot of walking. I guess it is not the right kind of pace to be effective. So Monday went back to faster walking and the scale is finally moving again. I have read and read and read this but the lightbulb didn't come on until this week.
