And, there is a healthier you (or me)!
* Slowed the bike down, today and that helped my back, legs and hips.
* Eased off on the abdominals, too.
* Was up at 3:20 AM to take my family to the airport. Disneyland, etc. (Too much walking/standing for me.)
* Time for dinner, tracking & sleep.
