It's official...I gained 10 lbs when I quit smoking (3 MONTHS AGO!!!!) and I've finally lost it. Yippee!!
I am back to where I started in January and ready to keep going.
I started using the Lose It app on my iPhone on 4/8 and I love it!! It really keeps me right where I need to be with my daily/weekly calories and I can track carbs, fats, proteins, etc...
I use it all day long and now I know why I wasn't losing weight. I'll want to eat something but when I enter it and see how many calories it is I make a better choice that fits in my day. WOW...no brainer there...I just wasn't tracking and this is what happens. When will it sink in that I have to keep tracking??
I'm still over 270 but that won't last long and I plan to be in a size 20 by mid May! Size 18 by July I hope! That's my goal anyhow...we'll see. I might be pushing it.
In any case, I think my switch is turned back on and I feel really good. I've been taking a lot of vitamins and supplements that have given me energy. I'm nowhere near as tired in the mornings and I'm thinking positive.
Can't go wrong right now
