Exercise update - Friday

This week has been all about...
But today is a new day, right?? So far, I've eaten right and haven't had anything I shouldn't (even resisted the donut calling my name and the extra coffee this morning). I have been drinking my water and trying to not think about food.
My goals for the rest of the day:
* Continue my healthy eating streak (I'm over 12 hours now, after all!)
* Exercise! Even if it's only cardio boxing after the kids are asleep, I must do SOMETHING!
This weekend is shaping up to be sunny and busy. Tomorrow is a fun run with the kids (I will get in at least a mile running with the two of them); then I have my own 5K on Sunday (my first ever Color Run!).
