Hi friends! :)
Just thought I'd give a quick update on how I'm doing before I go to bed (it's past midnight here in Finland and I'm tired!). I had a great day today: I ate healthy foods, stayed within my calories and had an AMAZING workout! I went for a long walk in the morning (-450 calories) and then worked out on the exercise bike in the evening (-660 calories)! I BURNED 1100 calories today! And I feel great. Now I'm ready to start my weekend.
