Have I been keeping my goals?
I am definitely trying to eat better. I am much more motivated to workout and am starting to enjoy it. I feel much better about myself than I did starting this challenge. Some days I slack a little but having three kids definitely keeps me going. I still hate getting on the scale but I don't let the number effect me. I won't lie, I do get really excited when the number goes down though.
