Day 108 - FRIDAY!

My project successfully launched this week and I am surprised to see that I am actually getting the credit I deserve for this one. That said, I'm really happy it is Friday.

I’ve maintained my streaks (water, cardio, calories) and have done 2 of the three 5k training workouts for week 4 of the program. The third workout is on my schedule for Saturday. It's been a solid, but not spectacular week.

I’m ready for the weather to be nicer. We got a new basketball hoop at the house and I’m ready to get outside and play with the boys.

On one of the "off" nights for my 5k program this week I pulled out my Just Dance 2 Wii game and my Wii Fit. It was a fun way to burn 300 or so calories.

April goals – yesterday’s tracking
1. Log into SP, do SparkCoach – done
2. Maintain streaks – done
3. Burn 400 Calories/day: > 550
4. 10,000 steps/ day: > 12,500
5. 5k program (S – T – T): done
6. 100 pushup program (M – W – F/S) n/a
